Terms & ConditionsA person under 18 years of age must not take delivery of any alcohol sold online, by phone, fax or mail order. An on-the-spot penalty of $220 or a court fine of up to $2,200 applies. This offence does not apply to an underage person who is ordered or requested by his or her parent or guardian to take delivery of the alcohol. However, parents, guardians or other adults must not ask a person under 18 years of age to take delivery of alcohol ordered online or by phone, fax or mail order. An on-the-spot penalty of $330 or a court fine of up to $3,300 applies. When ordering through Winegrowers Direct you must be 18 years of age or older and confirm this fact when purchasing. Alcohol can and will not be sold or delivered to any person or persons under the age of 18 years of age. Proof of age must be shown to our delivery team upon request. Delays may occur as a result of stock running low or being sold out in which case you will be contacted to arrange alternative products, or a refund of your purchase. Export restrictions:Winegrowers Direct only sells within Australia, in Australian dollars. Purchases must pay in Australian dollars, and delivery must be made within Australia. Shipping Destinations:We deliver throughout Australia and to all capital cities. Refund PolicyCancellations:A buyer may for any reason cancel their order at any time up to 24 hours after the order is received by so notifying Winegrowers Direct. Returns:Where wine is to be returned, Winegrowers Direct will collect the wine from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. Pending collection, the buyer is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Winegrowers Direct. Refunds:Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after Winegrowers Direct was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned wine being collected in original saleable condition. Breakages:If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Winegrowers Direct will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the buyer so notifies Winegrowers Direct within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
