Terms & Conditions
A person under 18 years of age must not take delivery of any alcohol sold online, by phone, fax or mail order. An on-the-spot penalty of $220 or a court fine of up to $2,200 applies. This offence does not apply to an underage person who is ordered or requested by his or her parent or guardian to take delivery of the alcohol. However, parents, guardians or other adults must not ask a person under 18 years of age to take delivery of alcohol ordered online or by phone, fax or mail order. An on-the-spot penalty of $330 or a court fine of up to $3,300 applies.
When ordering through Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd you must be 18 years of age or older and confirm this fact when purchasing. Alcohol can and will not be sold or delivered to any person or persons under the age of 18 years of age. Proof of age must be shown to our delivery team upon request.

Subject to applicable law, Winegrowers Direct Australia does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer. In respect of any statutory warranty that Winegrowers Direct Australia cannot exclude, subject to applicable law, Winegrowers Direct Australia's liability is limited, at its option, to the replacement or re-supply of the products or a refund of the cost of the products.

WineGrowers Direct prides itself on great wines for exceptional prices. To ensure we continue to maintain our "lowest prices" in the market our new freight rates, per case delivered to your door are;

• NSW $8.50
• WA $15.50
• QLD $8.50
• SA $8.50
• TAS $8.50
• VIC $8.50

Export restrictions:
Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd only sells within Australia, in Australian dollars. Purchases must pay in Australian dollars, and delivery must be made within Australia.
Shipping Destinations:
We deliver throughout Australia including all capital cities except NT.
No Signature Required Deliveries:
Customers can choose to mark their orders with "No Signature Required". This is not something that WineGrowers Direct endorses. WineGrowers Direct cannot be held responsible with any problems that may arise after your goods have been left with no signature.
Refund Policy
Refunds Policy:
• A refund will only be given if the wine has been oxidised or damaged which any wines in this category go through our lab for testing as we maintain a high standard and process in ensuring our quality of wines is of a high standard and or priced accordingly.
• Refunds / Credits will only be processed once the goods have been returned by our contracted courier company to Winegrowers Direct. Please note delivery / Packing fee and Surcharges will not be refunded for wines that are being returned due to quality or incorrect ordering.
• Credits can only be used on full priced items, not on sale items
•Winegrowers Direct will not be held responsible for wine/s that are stored incorrectly.
•Refunds can only be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
•If any more than TWO (2) bottles are sampled, Winegrowers Direct will only refund for the wines that are being returned.
Any refunds will be effected within 30 days after Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd received returned goods in full and was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned wine being collected in original saleable condition.
Returns:
Where wine is to be returned, Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd will email you an Australia Post label to print out and put onto the goods which we ask you to kindly drop at your local Australia Post office to be returned to us. Pending drop off, the buyer is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd.
Breakages:
If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the buyer notifies Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd within 7 days of the date of the dispatch.
Where wine breaks during transit, Australia Post will inform us of the damages prior to it being delivered to you and we will contact you via email or phone advising you of the issue. Please allow 5-7 business days from this date for a replacement case.
Items lost in the mail:
Winegrowers Direct is responsibile for orders going missing in the Australia Post system. Once we are aware of items going missing, please allow 5 business days for replacement order.
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
