However, parents, guardians or other adults must not ask a person under 18 years of age to take delivery of alcohol ordered online or by phone, fax or mail order. When ordering through Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd you must be 18 years of age or older and confirm this fact when purchasing. Returns:Where wine is to be returned, Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd will collect the wine from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. Pending collection, the buyer is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd. Refunds:Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned wine being collected in original saleable condition. Breakages:If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the buyer so notifies Winegrowers Direct Australia Pty Ltd within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
