Tasting Notes:

Neverland Sauvignon Blanc displays a pale straw colour accompanied by a green haze. Lifted aromas of citrus as well as passionfruit flow off its fragrant nose. This fantastic Sauvignon Blanc is fruit-driven on the palate, offering mouth-filling characters of honeysuckle, green pears and tropical fruits. A generous dose of citrus notes completes the array of flavours, and integrated with zingy acidity, the delightful palate culminates in a crisp and clean finale. With a cellaring potential of 5 to 7 years.

Wine Region:

One of Australia's oldest wine regions, located in South Australia, and it's approximately 56km northeast of the city of Adelaide. Many of Australia's largest and most notable wineries are either headquartered or own extensive holdings here. The Barossa Valley is the largest Australian wine producing region with wine brands being recognised all around the world. The Barossa Region is particularly renowned and is home to some of the world's best Shiraz. When most consumers think of Shiraz, Barossa is their top choice for its distinctive, big flavoured style wine.

Food Pairing:

This balanced white wine is a delicious accompaniment to fried chicken, crab cakes, and goat’s cheese with tomato vinaigrette.
