Best of Style Tastings 2014

Stylistically we release our wines after they have had time to develop in the bottle, a French approach for releasing wines when they are ‘ready’.

'Still in excellent condition for a 5 year-old with soft mulberry-like fruit, gentle oak and slightly drying tannins with a high level of acidity.' - Winestate Best of Style Tastings 2014

Wine Region: Margaret River

Good winter rainfall and below average falls during the growing season with even and mild ripening conditions. This wine represents a cuvee from seven different vineyard locations. These different locations have a range in altitude from 85-130m and a range of soil types which contribute a variety of flavours to the wines.

Food Pairing:

Enjoy this rich Cabernet Merlot with grilled lamb lion chops with rosemary and garlic.
