92 points – Sam Kim
"Pristine and fragrant, the inviting bouquet shows grapefruit, red apple, rockmelon and sweet basil aromas, leading to a juicy palate that is lively and generously flavoured. The wine offers lovely fruit purity and vibrancy, brilliantly structured by crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. At its best: now to 2019".

Wine Region:

Welcome to the Orange Region, a cool climate wine-growing area in central New South Wales. About 3½ hours drive west of Sydney, Orange is a regional city full of character, a great base for exploring the wine & food of the district. Because of the altitude, the reliable rainfall and the terroir, it is a great place to grow grapes and make wine – it also makes it a great place to visit. The cool climate makes for spectacular autumns, vibrant springs and mild summers. And if you are coming in winter – bring a jacket as it does get cold.

Food Pairing:

Fish, oysters, crustaceans, Thai, vegetarian pizza, summer salads, quiche, proscuitto, capsicum & asparagus dishes, smoked fish, white meats, herbed chicken & veal.
