ADELAIDE HILLS

Varietal: Chardonnay
Current Vintage: 2017
Bottle Size: 750ml
Case Size: 12

TASTING NOTES:

Lifted aromas of white nectarines and apples with hints of creaminess. The palate is rich and textural with ripe stonefruit, pear and melon flavours, balanced by a clean citrus acidity which leads to a crisp, refreshing finish.

WINE REGION:

The picturesque Adelaide Hills wine region runs along the top of the Mount Lofty Ranges from Mount Pleasant in the north to Mount Compass in the south. It is a cool climate region driven by altitudes of 350-700 metres above sea level. The focus is on premium styles of sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir and sparkling wine. They show vibrant character, elegance and fresh natural acidity.

FOOD PAIRING:

Roast chicken and seasonal vegetables.
